How do I choose the right clinician?
You do not have to make that decision alone. Our administrative team will help guide you through the process of starting therapy and help match you with the appropriate clinician based on clinician experience and availability.
You can Contact Us to get started. While you wait to hear back from our team, you are also welcome to Review Our Clinicians to learn more about their backgrounds, specialties, and approaches to care.

Bilingual services are available in Spanish and Mandarin. Contact the office to request language-specific care and confirm current openings.
How long does each therapy session take and how often will I be seen?
Our sessions are 53+ minutes each session for therapy and times vary for medication management. You can expect to engage in psychotherapy weekly for the 4-8 weeks to help establish a treatment plan, build rapport and learn skills to improve the symptoms that brought you to seeking therapy. From there you and your clinician will determine together the duration and frequency of therapy based on progress and your individual goals.
What issues do you NOT treat?
We do not provide court-ordered evaluations, forensic assessments, or intensive eating disorder treatment. If your needs fall outside our scope, we’ll do our best to refer you to a trusted provider.
